## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in field service, fleet operations, or technical field management — with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing field technicians
- Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams across multiple states or regions
- Hands-on technical background in electromechanical systems, robotics, industrial automation, or a closely related field (e.g., aerospace, heavy equipment, EV/autonomous vehicles)
- Proven track record owning and improving reliability KPIs such as fleet uptime, MTTR, MTBF, or first-time fix rate
- Strong analytical skills comfortable reading data from fleet monitoring systems, building summary reports, and making data-driven operational decisions
- Excellent communication skills: able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and represent Bedrock professionally with enterprise customers
