## About the role

We're looking for a Director of Strategic Alliances to help accelerate Benepass's growth through our consultant and brokerage ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Alliances, you'll own relationships with some of the most influential consulting and brokerage firms in the employee benefits industry. You'll develop strategic growth plans, deepen executive relationships, and create joint go-to-market initiatives that increase Benepass's visibility and generate upmarket pipeline.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, consultant relations, business development, and/or enterprise sales
- Demonstrated success developing executive-level relationships that drive measurable business growth
- Deep understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem, including consultants, brokers, carriers, or HR technology
- Experience developing and executing strategic partnership plans with measurable business outcomes
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of influencing pipeline and revenue
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
