## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to own the success, implementation, and growth of Benepass’s strategic partner relationships. You’ll serve as a senior post-sale owner for our partner ecosystem, helping partners implement unique workflows and integrations with Benepass, successfully launch new clients, and create long-term value for their customers. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, account management, channel management, implementation, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, fintech, benefits administration, or a related industry
- Demonstrated success managing strategic external relationships and senior stakeholders
- Strong experience leading implementations, onboarding programs, or complex cross-functional projects
- A track record of creating scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and operating practices
- Commercial orientation, including the ability to identify and support expansion opportunities while maintaining partner trust
