## About the role

We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own our fintech strategy and partnerships. This role will define how we build and scale the financial infrastructure behind Benepass. You’ll manage our core fintech partners and determine how we leverage them to deliver differentiated product experiences.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time building fintech products (e.g. card issuance, bank accounts, AR/AP, payments)
- Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including card issuance, processors, payment rails, and bank cores
- Experience working directly with BaaS partners (e.g., Stripe, Unit, Marqeta, Lithic, Treasury Prime, Column, Increase, etc.)
- Proven track record of owning both partnership relationships and technical implementations
- Strong product judgment and ability to navigate complex tradeoffs
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners and executives
