## About the role

The Director, Hardware Engineering is responsible for leading the development and execution of hardware systems that power next-generation warehouse automation and robotic solutions. This leader will guide a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for development, validation, and commercialization of electromechanical systems, ensuring products are robust and reliable, while creating long standing customer relationships.
