## About the role

Build the AI context layer: Help construct and maintain the knowledge base that powers Bestow's internal AI tools, structuring information so agents and teammates can actually find and use it Own knowledge management: Organize how BizOps captures decisions, docs, and processes so nothing lives only in someone's head.

## What they're looking for

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree: ideally targeting private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a strategy/operations career
