## About the role

Use SQL, dbt, CI/CD, Github, and Google Cloud to automate data transformation pipelines that flow to our various enterprise partners . Use Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau) to create intuitive data products, allowing our enterprise partners to better understand their business and trust their data.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years - Strong SQL (eg: BigQuery) skills and ability to perform complex, effective, and efficient querying to extract data from cloud data warehouses
- Passionate about solving problems with data and continuously delivers valuable and positive results
- Strong understanding of data transformation and quality engineering (eg: dbt and Airflow), and general software development lifecycle (SDLC, Agile development, CI/CD, Github)
- Strong understanding of data organization, data modeling, and schema design
- Track record of writing efficient queries and reducing compute costs
- Able to communicate about data and findings, drawing upon compelling and concise summaries and clear data visualizations (slides, whitepaper, Jupyter notebook, Tableau, Google DataStudio, PowerBI, etc.)
