## About the role

Build and scale Go services powering agent quoting, configuration, application-submission tools used before checkout Partner closely w/ App & Checkout teams given tight coupling between surfaces

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years professional backend software development experience
- Professional experience with Go, comfortable owning services end to end
- Experience with distributed systems or microservices, and designing APIs (REST, gRPC, OpenAPI, Protocol Buffers)
- Experience using Docker for local development, and CI/CD as default practice
- Demonstrated, day-to-day fluency using AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) in real engineering work — able to speak concretely about where they help and where they don't
- Comfortable contributing to architectural discussions and picking up mentorship moments as they come, even without a formal title
