- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- High proficiency in SolidWorks, with experience creating and maintaining part & assembly models, technical drawings, and BOMs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skillset, with hands-on prototyping experience
- Ability to pivot quickly between projects and priorities
- Curious, creative, and motivated to learn new tools and methods
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative with excellent communication skills
