## About the role

We continue to build a multi-faceted and comprehensive legal team to support our growing company in aerospace, technology, and manufacturing. The legal team supports BETA’s aircraft and charger manufacturing as well as charge network development. The successful candidate will work across the company to guide business initiatives, navigate legal and regulatory requirements, and help protect BETA against risk.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree
- JD and license to practice before a state bar
- 6+ years of legal experience, with a significant portion in-house
- Strong understanding of federal securities laws, SEC rules, regulations, and public company reporting requirements
- Experience advising public company boards or board committees, including Compensation and Audit Committee matters
- Experience with equity administration and executive and director equity matters, including 10b5-1 plans and Section 16 reporting
