## About the role

As a Structures Design Engineer on the Advanced Systems team, you will develop primary and secondary airframe components for advanced aircraft from concept through flight test. You will translate requirements, loads, interfaces, and manufacturing constraints into practical structural designs and controlled product definition. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of aircraft structural design or related aerospace product-development experience
- Proficiency developing aerospace hardware in CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, or a comparable CAD environment
- Working knowledge of load paths, structural sizing, composite or metallic design, joints, fasteners, GD&T, and configuration control
- Experience producing detailed CAD, drawings, or controlled product definition and supporting hardware manufacture
- Ability to make sound design decisions, document assumptions, and communicate risks and interfaces clearly
