## About the role

Betterment is hiring a Social Media & Content Associate to support the execution of our organic social strategy across three lines of businesses (Betterment, Betterment at Work, and Betterment Advisors Solutions) and help scale how we show up across platforms. This role sits on the Brand Creative team, reporting into the Social Media Manager.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus
- Established ability to manage day-to-day publishing across corporate social channels
- Experience with social video, including short-form video creation and platform-native best practices
- Excellent writing and visual communication skills, with demonstrated ability to capture and apply a consistent brand voice
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities
- Familiarity with any analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta, and other native platform insights)
