## About the role

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Commercial, we are looking for a Sr Legal Counsel, Commercial who brings enterprise contracting expertise and the commercial judgment to operate as a true business partner at scale.

## What they're looking for

- J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership in good standing
- 3–5 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, with a focus on enterprise SaaS agreements and complex B2B transactions
- Demonstrable experience managing high-volume deal flows independently, including deals on customer paper with structural amendments
- A track record of building things,not just advising on them
- Genuine fluency in legal technology, experience with CLM platforms (Ironclad, Salesforce-native, or equivalent) is a plus
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and AI governance requirements
