BetterUp is seeking a Senior Sales & Strategy Analytics Manager to own forecasting, pipeline analytics, and planning support for our GTM organization. Reporting into GTM Operations, you'll be the analytical backbone for how leadership understands business performance — turning pipeline and revenue data into the insights that shape strategy, resourcing, and board-level reporting. ## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, FP&A, or GTM analytics, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
