## About the role

Reporting to the Vice President of Client Experience, you will help schools maintain accurate financial records and successfully manage their accounting workflows using Clarity software.

## What they're looking for

- Serving as the accounting subject-matter expert and escalation point for implementation and client success teams
- Building the playbooks, documentation, and repeatable processes that let us scale this function - including identifying what should be handled by CSMs
- Diagnosing whether recurring issues are a configuration gap, a training gap, or a product gap, and feeding that back to the product team
- Translating schools' accounting requirements into correct Clarity configuration, partnering with implementation on complex or non-standard setups
- Reviewing and validating school account configurations in Clarity, identifying setup errors and edge cases before they cause downstream problems
- Advising schools on the correct accounting treatment for their specific situation and, when needed, helping them recognize when their current approach is wrong
