## About the role

We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thinks in systems, ships like a product team, and gets energy from replacing manual work with automation and AI. You’ll design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion, and help us collapse the time between idea and execution from months to hours.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in a B2B environment
- Practical experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering, you’ve shipped AI-powered workflows in production, not just experimented
- Deep Salesforce fluency: data model, automation patterns, workflow design, QA, and hygiene practices
- Hands-on experience building and operationalizing enrichment and orchestration workflows (tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Comfortable writing SQL and working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- Strong commercial bias: you ask “does this actually help someone close a deal?” before you ask “is this technically cool?”
