## About the role

This role exists to ensure excellent Bevi client and partner experiences, delivered through excellent training, an excellent Bevi Help Center, and the clear processes and documentation behind them. You own that full system: how partners and internal technical teams learn to install, service, and sell our platform, and how well-equipped they are to deliver for the customer.

## What they're looking for

- Experience building and running technical training or enablement programs, ideally across both internal teams and external partners or channel networks
- People leadership experience, or clear readiness to manage and develop a small team
- Working knowledge of LMS and authoring platforms (e.g., Absorb, Articulate), plus Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Atlassian (Confluence, Jira)
- Ability to teach different learning styles across formats: verbal, written, video, and e-learning
- Excellent cross-functional communicator who gains buy-in, aligns stakeholders, and keeps a program moving
- A process builder who uses AI to find efficiency and rethink how training and documentation should work in the future
