## About the role

Bexorg is seeking a Program & Alliance Manager to lead the integrated planning and execution of cross-functional R&D programs. This role will ensure that scientific, operational, data, and external workstreams come together against clear milestones, budgets, and commitments.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in program management, alliance management, R&D operations, or a related role within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another complex scientific environment
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple scientific and operational workstreams, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong understanding of drug-discovery and development workflows, experience with human tissue, translational research, genomics, multi-omics, or complex biological datasets is especially valuable
- Scientific fluency and experience working directly with scientists and technical teams, with the ability to understand requests, identify dependencies, and ask the right questions
- Experience managing external collaborators, CROs, research vendors, or other outsourced technical work
- Strong program-management discipline across planning, budgeting, risk management, change control, decision tracking, and executive reporting
