## What they're looking for

- Perform and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation across group entities,
- Support the preparation, review, and filing of external financial reports as applicable to the group's reporting obligations,
- Take end to end ownership of accounting processes and projects, exercising judgment to keep the close moving and ensure the right decisions get made under time pressure,
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and other cross functional stakeholders to understand business initiatives and assess their accounting implications,
- Assess the effectiveness of controls in your area and contribute to the design of new controls as the business grows and processes evolve,
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the accounting function,
