Own execution of the platform and infrastructure roadmap for the team, translating broader infrastructure strategy into concrete quarterly priorities

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of professional infrastructure engineering experience and 5+ years professional software engineering experience including 4+ years directly managing engineers
- Proven expertise in cloud-native and platform architecture, including containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of database systems, including provisioning, turning, and disaster recovery
- Hands-on experience optimizing global performance and security using modern edge and network platforms (e.g., Cloudflare)
- Strong systems engineering foundation, able to evaluate system design trade-offs and identify architectural or application weaknesses
- Solid UNIX/Linux fundamentals
