BigPanda is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This is a high-impact, post-sales role focused on onboarding strategic enterprise customers and helping them design, implement, and realise long-term value from the BigPanda platform.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms
- Track record leading complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes
- Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments
- Comfortable writing Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
