## About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead BigPanda’s recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally drive searches while building strong recruiting processes, coaching recruiters, and partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal background for this role is a mix of startup to mid-size B2B technical SaaS talent acquisition experience.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including strong ownership of enterprise GTM roles, within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Small team management and leadership experience is required
- Comfort operating as a player-coach in a fast-paced, evolving environment
