BigPanda Inc. is seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Director of Strategic Finance. This role sits at the center of corporate strategy and finance as we transition from a SaaS to AI-native, high growth business, solving some of the biggest pain points enterprise CIOs face today.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or comparable quantitative field
- Proven experience supporting Investor Relations, Board reporting, and executive-level decision-making
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, including SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) and AI/consumption-based revenue models
- Experience in cashflow modeling, capital planning, and managing through an unpredictable investment trade-off environment, with urgency
- Track record of fundraising and/or M&A transactions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect financial insights to broader business objectives and strategic imperatives
