BigPanda is looking for a Senior Director of Web & Digital Marketing who thinks in systems and builds for the future – not someone to run what we have, but someone to rethink it. This role is for a leader who is AI-native: someone who reaches for AI tools first, experiments relentlessly, and sees the current marketing technology landscape as an opportunity to rebuild smarter rather than extend what exists.

## What they're looking for

- 12+ years in digital marketing with demonstrated, senior ownership of SEO/AEO/GEO, website strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization
- AI-native – you reach for AI tools first, know how to get results from them, and understand how to leverage them radically for velocity, creativity, and execution
- Proven experience auditing and rebuilding digital infrastructure in close partnership with Marketing Ops or similar functions
- Experience leading a full website redesign from business case through launch, with a strong eye for design
- Expertise in AEO, GEO, and AI-generated search – with a forward-looking point of view on where this is headed
- Experience owning website security posture, GDPR/consent compliance, and vendor security reviews across multiple regions
