Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as the day-to-day People partner for your aligned leaders and their teams, translating business priorities into practical people solutions that drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen engagement, and support BILL's next stage of growth. ## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting engineering, product, or other technical teams, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, or technology company
- Hands-on experience with performance and talent management, employee relations, org design, change management, and employee engagement
- Ability to coach leaders and managers with credibility, balancing business needs with employee experience and compliance
- Familiarity with engineering talent dynamics, such as technical career ladders, leveling, and retention in competitive talent markets
- A data-informed approach and comfort with people analytics and HR technology (Workday experience preferred)
