## What they're looking for

- Experience in client-facing implementation or technology consulting roles, preferably focused on
- Advanced knowledge of subscription billing models and revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606 / IFRS 15
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle or similar enterprise platforms
- Understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and systems
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect or similar customer-facing technical role within enterprise billing or revenue software or SaaS
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strategic customer relationships with a strong technical focus
