## What they're looking for

- BS degree in a scientific discipline
- 3+ years of experience in operating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, preferably high-throughput molecular biology equipment, especially liquid handlers
- Strong customer focused service experience
- Ability to engage in constructive dialogue, challenge concerns and maintain transparency
- Proficiency in problem-solving with limited direction and making confident decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
