## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of Product Marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies within precision diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required, BS or advanced degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and market data and translate insights into compelling value propositions and commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of product marketing principles, competitive analysis, and market research methodologies
- Experience creating data-driven marketing content and commercial collateral
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly
