## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in software product management, software engineering, or technology leadership roles with increasing organizational responsibility
- Strong product management background with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex software products and platforms
- Experience managing software engineering organizations and engineering leaders
- Proven ability to lead both product and engineering functions simultaneously
- Track record of building and scaling customer-facing software products and/or complex operational software systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture, platform development, system scalability, and engineering tradeoffs
