## About the role

The Staff Agentic Software Automation Engineer sets automation and test direction for a domain or product area, leading the design of scalable automation systems built around agentic tools and approaches. This role has the technical depth and organizational influence to drive adoption of agentic automation practices, including agent orchestration and oversight, across teams, and serves as a senior escalation point for automation and test infrastructure decisions.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Deep technical leadership across AI tools, automation and test engineering for a domain or product area, with strong AWS/GCP and cloud infrastructure experience for building and deploying applications at scale
- Experience with modern agentic and test automation and development tooling (e.g., Kiro, Claude Code, Playwright, Shiplight, AWS/Terraform, CodeX, Cursor etc)
- Mentoring senior engineers and cross-functional stakeholder management, coordinating automation and test priorities across teams
