## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field required, Master's degree a plus
- Hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance or regulated-industry environment (medical device, diagnostics, pharma, or similar), with working knowledge of complaint handling and post-market surveillance processes
- Demonstrated experience building and trending complaint or quality data — identifying rate trends, running Pareto/root-cause analysis, and communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven dashboard development skills in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and designing dashboards for non-technical business and quality audiences
- Strong SQL and data warehousing skills in Snowflake (or a comparable cloud data warehouse), including writing efficient queries and understanding data pipeline/ETL fundamentals
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a complaint/case management source system, including how case data structures translate into downstream reporting
