## About the role

As Post Market Surveillance (PMS) Operations Manager you'll manage the team that defines how Bio-Rad turns post-market data into insight. You'll own the PMS analytics and systems roadmap, deciding where to implement automation, predictive analytics and AI, and you'll be accountable for the dashboards, metrics and complaint trending our PMS Quality, Regulatory and commercial stakeholders depend on.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Science or similar), advanced degree a plus
- At least 5 years of experience leading a complaint trending, post-market surveillance or analytics team, including hiring, developing and managing analysts
- Experience working in a regulated quality system — preferably medical device or in vitro diagnostics — including validation of software used in quality processes
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, process automation and the responsible deployment of AI in a business setting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and build strong relationships across a global organization, with strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to collaborate across global time zones
