## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in life science or related field with 4+ years of experience in biotechnology project management or a related field, OR
- Master's degree in life science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Scientific knowledge and familiarity with regulations relevant to the CRO industry
- Knowledge of project management software, Smartsheet experience preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact successfully with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with developing organizational and project administration skills
