## About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, growth-oriented Associate Product Owner to join our team and contribute to the development of BIP's innovative technology products. This is a support-focused, execution-oriented role, an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career product professional who is eager to learn, comfortable with shifting priorities, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

## What they're looking for

- Technical Acumen: Jira is the primary tool, Confluence is a plus. Experience with Rally or equivalent Agile platforms is acceptable. Basic familiarity with the software development lifecycle is expected
- Domain Comfort: Comfortable working within complex domains, including finance or venture capital concepts. You don't need to arrive as an expert, but you must be willing and able to learn quickly
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly to engineers, stakeholders, and teammates
- People Skills: Friendly, curious, and emotionally intelligent. You build rapport easily, especially with engineers, adapt to various personalities and bring energy that improves team dynamics
- Self-Starter Mentality: You take initiative, ask questions to fill knowledge gaps, and demonstrate resourcefulness
- Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable operating within shifting priorities and frequent pivots. Open to feedback and quick to adapt to you, you see ambiguity as a normal part of a fast-paced environment
