## About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, growth-oriented Associate Product Owner to join our BIP Wealth Tech team and contribute to the development of BIP’s innovative technology products. This is a support-focused, execution-oriented role, an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career product professional who is eager to learn, comfortable with shifting priorities, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

## What they're looking for

- Technical Acumen: Jira is the primary tool, Confluence is a plus. Experience with Rally or equivalent Agile platforms is acceptable. Basic familiarity with the software development lifecycle is expected
- Domain Comfort: Comfortable working within complex domains, including wealth management, finance, or venture capital concepts. You don’t need to arrive as an expert, but you must be willing and able to learn quickly
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly to engineers, stakeholders, and teammates
- Self-Starter Mentality: You take initiative, ask questions to fill knowledge gaps, and demonstrate resourcefulness
- Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable operating within shifting priorities and frequent pivots. Open to feedback and quick to adapt to you, you see ambiguity as a normal part of a fast-paced environment
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret information to support product decisions and backlog prioritization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are prioritized over deep analytics
