## About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Financial Operations Manager to support and strengthen our finance operations within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role blends financial control, treasury oversight, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional business partnership. You will help ensure operational excellence across financial reporting, liquidity management, and internal controls, while delivering actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, including experience in a regulated financial services environment (payments, banking, fintech, or digital assets)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance
- Experience supporting audits and preparing financial statements
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Advanced Excel proficiency
