## About the role

Forget traditional event management - this role is about rolling up your sleeves and making big things happen. You will raise the bar for our global campaigns and field marketing, taking end-to-end ownership of regional activations, Tier 1 events, and cross-functional execution.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in the Media & Entertainment space
- Demonstrable experience in event management, field marketing, campaign management, or experiential/event marketing within a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or technology)
- Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end integrated campaigns from initial brief through to execution and measurement
- Proactive mindset with strong project management capabilities, a focus to measure outcomes (not tasks), and a proven record of driving projects across teams and external partners
