## What they're looking for

- Experience in technical account management, customer success, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Experience within OTT, cloud streaming, or media delivery platforms (live, VOD, SaaS) in the Media & Entertainment sector
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and streaming technologies
- Strong understanding of streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, CMAF), DRM, CDN architectures, and video analytics
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and supporting customer implementation projects
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Global Partner teams to resolve technical challenges
