## About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Global Controller to design, institutionalize, and lead a world-class global accounting function across multiple jurisdictions. This individual will own the integrity of the Company’s accounting environment, establish consistent policies and reporting standards across all global entities, and build the processes, controls, and documentation required to support sophisticated audit scrutiny and continued growth.

## What they're looking for

- CPA required
- Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and detailed levels. This is both a big picture and hands-on role
- At least 4 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a multi-entity, global, or public-company environment
- Deep expertise in US GAAP, consolidation, foreign currency accounting, and technical accounting, IFRS experience is a plus
- Experience in asset management or broader financial services, digital asset or crypto industry experience is a significant plus
- M&A and post-acquisition integration experience is a plus
