## About the role

The Server Engineer is part of a team that supports IT infrastructure solutions for the global organization. The role works with other IT teams to help maintain the availability, performance, and security of corporate IT systems and services; participates in migrations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments; and provides technical and operational support to team members and stakeholders.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration within complex IT environments
- Strong experience administering enterprise Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience with enterprise virtualization technologies including VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, OpenStack, KVM, or equivalent platforms
- Experience managing enterprise server hardware and data center infrastructure platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies including SAN, NAS, replication, capacity planning, and performance optimization
