## About the role

Blackbird is looking for a Product Manager to help lead our payments and loyalty platform to its next chapter. You'll influence the product experience across both sides of our marketplace: the restaurants who utilize Blackbird in their daily operations and the diners who deserve to feel like a VIP every time they walk through the door.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a track record in consumer experiences, payments, fintech, or marketplace platforms
- Demonstrated ability to ship impactful product in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing quality or long-term scalability
- High ownership mentality with the grit to push through hard problems and the judgment to know when to cut scope and when to hold the line
- Strong user empathy - you talk to customers regularly and let real insight drive your decisions
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who can align engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders around a shared vision
- Analytical and structured thinker who is equally comfortable writing a PRD, digging into a funnel, or whiteboarding a system design
