## About the role

Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and Analytics, the Director of Global Compensation is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of global compensation programs that attract and retain talent, drive business outcomes, and reward employees. This role is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team and acts as a primary strategic advisor to People Business Partners and Business Leaders on all compensation matters.
