Own and grow Blackpoint Cyber's social channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube as applicable), posting a minimum of 5x per week Craft, schedule, and publish original content - including short-form video and creative images — keeping tone and voice consistent across every channel

## What they're looking for

- 8–10 years managing social media as your primary role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write short, clever, on-brand copy under deadline
- Experience building social media programs using best practices and modern tools
- Strong organizational skills — comfortable owning a content calendar, asset library, and multiple concurrent campaigns
- Working knowledge of social SEO fundamentals and copywriting best practices
- Experience with social listening and social advocacy platforms
