## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent operations and/or recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience using an ATS (we use Greenhouse!)
- Strong organizational skills, including experience managing and scheduling across complex calendars
- Experience supporting multiple recruiters/hiring managers for high-volume scheduling and coordination
- Understanding of recruiting compliance and reporting
