## What they're looking for

- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a production environment, preferably with space hardware
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and create harness schematics
- Demonstrated experience with integration, end-to-end testing, and operations
- Strong understanding of satellite and satellite subsystems
