## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least two years' of previous recruiting experience in the aerospace industry
- Previous experience using an ATS (we use Greenhouse!)
- Strong background sourcing candidates, internet searching, compensation negotiation, scheduling interviews and networking via social media (LinkedIn.)
- Previous experience using compensation benchmarking tools and mapping out compensation recommendations for positions and offers
- Understanding of recruiting compliance and reporting
