## About the role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve the foundational systems that power our products. This role focuses on backend platform engineering, authentication and authorization, developer infrastructure, and secure AI-assisted automation. You will work on high-impact systems used across the organization: identity, access control, APIs, asynchronous workflows, shared services, and background agents that help internal teams investigate and resolve operational issues.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering experience in Go, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, Python, or a similar language
- Experience designing and operating production distributed systems, APIs, databases, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, sessions, tokens, identity protocols, and secure API design
- Experience building secure, reliable systems that handle sensitive data and enforce access controls
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production observability
