## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, client, or business analytics
- Experience with pharmaceutical, pharmacy, patient services, hub services, or life sciences data strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience analyzing prescription, patient journey, or program performance and translating findings into business insights
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms
