## About the role

We're hiring a Developer Advocate to help developers understand, adopt, and ship code with Blitzy through technical content, real-world sample repos, and direct engagement with the developer community. You'll create high-impact technical content for developers, CTOs, and tech-forward audiences across a range of platforms, using Blitzy itself to demonstrate real software development in action. You'll also own the strategy behind it: audiences, formats, stories, and how we measure success.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience as a developer advocate, software engineer, or other technical-creative position
- Strong presence on screen or voice-over: confident, clear, and authentically engaging, including unscripted and live
- Technical fluency: ability to understand development workflows, write software, and use AI tools effectively. You can hold a real conversation with a senior engineer without bluffing
- AI-native: AI tools are already how you work, not something you're evaluating
- Proficiency with content creation and screen recording tools (Loom, Screen Studio, Descript, Premiere, etc)
- Demonstrated ownership of a content or community program end to end, with results you can point to
