## About the role

You'll manage a team of Forward Deployed Software Engineers while remaining close enough to the technical work to earn credibility with customer engineering teams. You're as comfortable reviewing a pull request or debugging an integration as you are presenting a transformation roadmap to a VP of Engineering. You bring structure and accountability to delivery without sacrificing the speed and adaptability that make Blitzy different.

## What they're looking for

- Proven experience leading teams in customer-facing, embedded, or professional services engineering environments
- Proven experience standing up a delivery framework from scratch
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity
- Fluency across the modern enterprise technology stack: cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and AI/ML integration
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements
- Strong communication skills — able to engage credibly from engineer to VP, adapting your style to the audience
